Asian chicken thigh recipe

Have taken the boring out of chicken. I add a little of the marinade, but not all of it. The flavor combinations in this recipe reminds me of a marinade my mom used to make when i was little. I love your recipe and have made it using thighs. You could make them a bit smaller, if you like (cut each of the halves in half again). We enjoy it with green beans, roasted vegetables or potatoes and/or salad. And we are big thigh meat people at my house.

How to make it

The calories are higher than it should be because it doesn’t take into account any of the chicken fat that is rendered out during baking. Shared this recipe with my friends.
